Terms + Conditions

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued except in cases where ASF cancels a performance.
ASF reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel performances at its sole discretion.
Admission is subject to venue rules and ASF policies. ASF reserves the right to refuse service or entry at any time.

ASF may alter performance details (cast, program order, venue) without prior notice.
ASF is not responsible for technical errors, third-party failures, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent or delay performances or communications.

By purchasing a ticket, subscribing to ASF updates, or providing your phone number/email, you consent to receive communications from ASF related to:
- Ticket confirmations and reminders
- Event updates and schedule changes
- ASF news, donor opportunities, and future performance announcements
Sample messages you may receive:
- “Reminder: ASF presents HAZARDS: The Next Wave this Sat 7pm at the Latino Cultural Center. Tickets: hazardsdance.org”
- “Update: Your ASF performance is rescheduled. New date: Oct 25, 7pm. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. Standard carrier rates may apply.

All content, choreography, performances, designs, and materials created or presented by ASF remain the sole property of ASF. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

ASF, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for damages, losses, or injuries arising from attendance at ASF events or use of ASF communications.
ASF makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free communications.

ASF reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of ASF services or attendance at ASF events constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
